More than just training,
a career path.
A unique curriculum open to all.
Why
a career path?
Because while it's essential to get the right training to become a market gardener, we know that a large part of a farm's long-term future depends on the choices made afterwards: right from the start, the 1st strategic choices (land, design, investments, etc.) and then throughout the first years of production (climatic conditions, cash flow, outlets, recruitment, etc.), which is often when you find yourself alone with your doubts.
In addition to training, this course offers unprecedented support for project leaders all along the way, giving them the means to set up virtuous, sustainable farms.
To each his own
The aim of this 4-stage career path is to train the employees and farm managers of tomorrow: personalized training and support to learn how to start up and effectively manage an agroecological farm in market gardening, arboriculture and small livestock.
Step 1
Training
Theoretical training
Designed to impart a wealth of agricultural knowledge and techniques, as well as the entrepreneurial skills required to manage and implement a diversified market garden farm using the Cultive method, it represents the cornerstone of our career path. And because we're convinced that a plurality of viewpoints leads to enlightened knowledge, we've built this training program around a pedagogical triptych: trainer/farmer/researcher.
