Who we are
Cultive is a committed team whose ambition is to demonstrate that it is possible, as a market gardener, to make a good living from your profession, fulfilled and respectful of the living world, in order to inspire and arouse the vocations that will make up tomorrow's next generation of farmers.

Inspired by agroecology and bio-intensive farming, the Cultive method offers triple performance: economic, ecological & social.

Designed to support project leaders at every stage, this unique program integrates training, experience, installation and production.

Convinced that to succeed, the agroecological transition must be a collective adventure, Cultive federates a network of players committed to the agriculture of tomorrow.
The Cultive campus farm
Located 30 minutes south of Nantes, the Cultive campus pilot farm is designed as a productive, educational and experimental farm.
Since January 2025, it has been home to the 1st graduating class.

Practical experience at the heart of learning
Take part in a full season of market gardening to get an overall view of the profession and the Cultive method, as well as testing your body in the field. 8 months of immersion that enable learners to experience all the different aspects of market gardening.

To develop its model of profitable, sustainable market garden farms on a national scale, the Vendée-based company has raised 1.8 million euros. Objective: to set up 470 farms in ten years and train 700 new market gardeners.

Inaugurated last January, this innovative farm-school supports a new generation of farmers in the creation of bio-intensive and diversified micro-farms. Covering an area of around 5 hectares, project leaders learn how to combine market gardening, arboriculture and the raising of laying hens. The aim? To encourage the establishment of viable, sustainable small farms, while meeting the major challenge of renewing the farming generation.

Here, they experiment with and teach more sustainable agricultural models, combining theory and practice to better prepare for the future.

Since October 2024, they have been working on the Mesnil farm in Montaigu-Vendée. Vanessa Correa and Baptiste Saulnier have launched their Cultive project, turning their farm into a school farm, training the organic market gardeners of tomorrow.
